An edible hotel

Earlier this month an extraordinary thing happened in the heart of Soho...

A Georgian townhouse on Dean Street was converted into an edible hotel, for the Tate and Lyle 'Tasting House' event.

We supplied this bouquet of sugar flowers for the event.

Which were then transformed into a very regal display with this edible vase made of cake by Kate Shirazi of Cakeadoodledo.
